The NBA’s official November 4 report lists four Indiana players out and six questionable. Three of the six are listed under the G League two-way designation.

Indiana visits Memphis at FedExForum on Wednesday, November 4, at 8 p.m. Eastern (10 p.m. in Argentina). The latest NBA report available at the time of writing, issued at 6 a.m. EST (8 a.m. in Argentina), keeps Tyrese Haliburton out and leaves the door open for Ivica Zubac to play after the team’s preview listed him as out.

Out with an injury or following surgery. Haliburton has a left hamstring strain. T.J. McConnell has a right hamstring strain. Ben Sheppard is out following left meniscus surgery. Johnny Furphy is out following surgery to repair his right ACL.

Questionable with an injury. Zubac has a left ankle sprain. Kelly Oubre Jr. has a left calf contusion, the reason listed by the league in this update. Obi Toppin has a lumbar strain.

Questionable under the G League two-way designation. Kobe Brown, Jalen Slawson and Braden Smith. The report lists no injury for those three. Indiana has no players listed as doubtful or probable and no absences attributed to rest or illness in this update.

Pascal Siakam, Andrew Nembhard, Aaron Nesmith and Larry Nance Jr. are off the report after missing the Atlanta game. For that game, Siakam was listed for rest, Nembhard and Nesmith for injury management, and Nance for illness, according to Grant Afseth. The Memphis report may be updated before tipoff.

For Memphis, Scotty Pippen Jr. is out with a lumbar disc herniation and Quinten Post is questionable with a right ankle sprain.
